Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about creating and using email signatures.

Yes, 100% free! Our email signature generator is completely free to use with no hidden costs. You can create unlimited signatures without signing up or paying anything. We believe professional email signatures should be accessible to everyone.

Absolutely! Our signatures are built using HTML tables which ensures maximum compatibility across all major email clients including Microsoft Outlook (Windows and Mac), Gmail, Apple Mail, Yahoo Mail, Thunderbird, and mobile email apps. We've tested extensively to ensure your signature looks great everywhere.

After generating your signature, click "Copy Signature" then: In Outlook Desktop, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures → New, paste your signature and save. In Outlook Web, go to Settings → View all Outlook settings → Mail → Compose and reply, paste in the signature box. Check our detailed guide below for step-by-step instructions with screenshots.

Yes! You can add profile photos, company logos, and even handwritten signatures. The images need to be hosted online (like on your website or cloud storage) and you provide the URL. We recommend using images that are already sized appropriately (130x130px for profile photos, 130px width for logos) to ensure fast loading.

Email signatures work best with images hosted at permanent URLs because: 1) Embedded images make emails larger and may be blocked by spam filters, 2) Some email clients strip embedded images, 3) Hosted images load faster and are more reliable. You can host images on your company website, Google Drive (with public sharing), Imgur, or any image hosting service.

Yes! You can fully customize your signature with: theme colors (for dividers and accents), text colors, link colors, font family (we use email-safe fonts that work everywhere), and font sizes. This helps you match your signature to your brand guidelines.

No, we don't store your personal information. All signature generation happens in your browser. The only data we collect is: an anonymous count of signatures generated (to display our counter), and your email address only if you choose to receive your signature via email. We respect your privacy.

PNG is the best format for company logos because it supports transparency. For profile photos, JPEG works great. We recommend keeping images under 100KB for fast loading. Optimal dimensions: Profile photos (130x130px), Logos (max 130px width), Handwritten signatures (125px width).
