How setup works
For Microsoft 365: if your domain is with us on our DNS, we add the Microsoft mail records for you. For every order, our team verifies your domain in Microsoft 365 and creates your mailboxes. If your DNS is hosted somewhere else, they add the mail records there as well.
Email hosting is set up as a plan on your domain, and you log in to it from the service page in your client portal. Our team adds the mail records for your domain and checks your mailboxes work.

Yes, because your mailboxes use your domain. If you do not have one yet, search for your name and add it to your cart. Then add Microsoft 365 email to it, or pick an email hosting plan under Web hosting in the cart. If your domain is already with us, add email in your client portal.
For Microsoft 365, when your domain is registered with us and uses our DNS, we add the Microsoft mail records for you. On every order, our team then verifies your domain in Microsoft 365 and creates your mailboxes, and for a domain whose DNS is hosted elsewhere they add the mail records too. Our team will finish setting this up within 1 business day. Email hosting is set up as a plan on your domain, and you log in to it from the service page in your client portal.
