Referral partners simply introduce a client to us and earn a commission, while we own the delivery and the relationship. White label and reseller partners present our work as part of their own service, manage the client themselves and keep a margin. It depends on the model you choose. With a straight referral, we usually take over the relationship and keep you updated. With a white label or reseller arrangement, you stay the primary contact and we work behind the scenes. We agree this clearly at the start so expectations are aligned on both sides.
