Terms and Conditions

1. Photo Storage Policy

   • We respect your privacy. Once the photo editing process is complete and the final photos are delivered, we will not store or retain any uploaded photos on our server.

2. Photo Quality and Replacement Policy

   • If the base photo provided by the client is of insufficient quality or does not meet the requirements for professional enhancement, we will contact the client to request a new photo.
   • Delays caused by unsuitable photos or delayed responses may extend the delivery timeline.

3. Communication

   • We may contact clients via phone or WhatsApp for clarification, updates, or to ensure your specific requirements are met. By placing an order, you consent to being contacted for this purpose.

4. Usage Rights

   • The client is free to use the delivered photos in any personal or commercial capacity without restrictions.

5. Special Instructions

   • Any special instructions or specific requirements for the photos must be provided during the checkout process. Instructions provided after the order is placed may not be accommodated.

6. Delivery Timeline

   • We aim to deliver the completed photos within the specified timeframe. However, delays due to factors like unsuitable photo quality or lack of client response may occur.

7. Revisions

   • Minor adjustments to the final photos are permitted within 48 hours of delivery. Requests for revisions must be clear and specific. Additional charges may apply for major edits or changes beyond the initial instructions.

8. Refund Policy

   • Refunds are only applicable if we fail to deliver the promised service. Refunds will not be issued for client errors, such as uploading incorrect files or failing to provide suitable replacement photos.

9. Service Limitations

   • Our services are limited to photo enhancement and do not include the creation of entirely new graphics, heavy alterations, or inappropriate content edits.

10. Legal and Ethical Compliance

    • By using our service, you agree not to upload photos that violate any copyright laws, contain offensive content, or are intended for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to reject such photos and cancel the order.

11. Order Cancellation

    • Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placement. Beyond this point, cancellations may not be possible as work may already be in progress.

12. Liability

    • While we strive to deliver exceptional quality, Vikilinks is not liable for any loss or damages arising from the use of our photos. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant usage guidelines.
